About leaders at the forefront

This free, invite only event aims to help unpack the next generation of agency leaders. Let’s be honest, most in the industry are under prepared when they get promoted to a leadership position. We want to use this event to help people understand how to create a positive impact on their workforce as well as their own personal brand.

At Scout, we talk to leaders and future leaders all the time and find most people have;

  • Little exposure to the demands of leadership.
  • Understand the true difference between leadership and management.
  • Limited support in understanding change to mindset, focus and behaviours to successfully make the leap.

TAKE AWAYS

  • Connect with like minded industry peers who are in a leadership position.
  • Future proofing your own personal brand.
  • Meeting expectations in the current landscape (insights from networking and our speakers)
  • Getting back on the ‘learning train’ and the constant need to reinvent yourself.
  • Unpacking the role of an MD+ (clients, numbers, team leadership, politics)
  • Networking, finding opportunities and training available.
  • Ask your own questions to our panel of MD’s/experts.
